Born in 1952, in Isfahan, Iran and moved permanently to Canada in 1995. Currently lives on his farm in Ilderton,Ontario. He is now devoting most of his time to painting in his beloved Great Lakes area.

One can observe, through his paintings, the brightness and richness of light and colour in his old country in contrast "to the dynamic movement of form through a vast and majestic space in the Great Lakes area".

In his studio gallery, besides his own works, he likes to offer a monthly exhibition of one of his fellow artists.
